Return and Exchange Policy


*Our return and exchange policy does not apply to online downloads, as no physical items need to be returned.


We only accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged or faulty during shipping.


All products must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is damaged during shipping or if the packaging has been damaged (including shipping labels attached directly to the product packaging).


We only accept returns from the original purchaser (i.e., if you resell the product, we do not accept returns from your buyer).


Special order and handcrafted items (such as custom INFINITY WATCH), sale items, or products purchased with gift cards are not eligible for returns.

In order to initiate a return or exchange process, we kindly ask that you follow the simple and expedited procedure provided below.


Step 1: Please contact our customer service team at <customer-service@bluethermagic.com> and provide as much information as possible, while carefully reviewing the terms and conditions listed below to ensure that your return is eligible. In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received, please contact us immediately and provide any relevant videos, pictures, or information to help us assess and correct the issue.


Step 2: Our team will respond to your email as soon as possible.


Step 3: If the return or exchange is approved, please pack the item(s) carefully, clearly labeling the package with your order number, purchase date, and name, while ensuring that the items are undamaged and in their original packaging. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process, so it is important to ensure that everything is packed securely.


Step 4: Send the package back to us, providing photos of the package and shipping label, as well as the name of the courier and tracking number. We recommend obtaining proof of delivery (such as tracking) as we are not responsible for any items lost during shipping.


Step 5: Once we receive your package, it may take some time to process the return or exchange.
